I have heard that CRA will opposes a discharge if there is any debt owed to them that was included in bankruptcy? Is this the case? If not, is there a threshold amount that they become concerned with?

Consumer Proposal abroad

I’m Canadian, but now live in the US. Am I still eligible to file a consumer proposal to deal with my Canadian debt even if I am living in the US?
