Should I declare bankruptcy?

I owe 10k in to credit cards, 20k line of credit, 3k to income tax, 5k to maintenance enforcement. I just lost my job and am now on EI. Is bankruptcy going to help?

Judgment

Can you include a judgment From another province in a consumer proposal? What if you have debts from another province?
