Consumer Proposal and the $75k limit.

I think I read somewhere that if you are going to file a consumer proposal you can`t have more thank $75K in debt. Is this right?
If so, is there a possibility that the limit be raised soon and if it is going to be changed do you have any idea when that may happen?

I filed bankruptcy back in 2001. I have been stupid with my money and am in exactly the same place I was before I filed a bankruptcy. Can I file another bankruptcy?

Effect of a business bankruptcy

I am self employed. I have an Incorporated company and in the company I owe a $30,000 loan, a $20,000 credit card, and $15,000 line of credit.

Questions about bankruptcy?

I am in a bit of a mess and need some help.
I think I need to file for bankruptcy but need to know:
1. If you have to meet a certain criteria before you can declare bankrupcy?
2. How long before teh stay of proceedings is official and the collectors stop calling?
