Student loans and the 10 year rule

Hello,
I have a student loan question. I will officially be 10 Years out of school on August 12, 2008. I just want to make sure that if I go bankrupt the student loan will be cleared. Is this right?

Bankruptcy and cost

Is there a maximum I can make while in bankruptcy? If I make enough to pay $200-300 monthly during bankruptcy is it likely that I will be kept in bankruptcy an additional year.

cosigned loans and bankruptcy

I may have to file for bankruptcy. The problem is that I have a loan in which my parents co-signed, but I have extensive credit card debts and just can`t find another way. How would filing bankruptcy affect my loan that my parents co-signed?
