Credit Card Debt

I have high credit card debt ($15,000) and cannot make my payments any longer. I am employed part time only and the bank has just closed my account due to NSF cheque charges. Is bankruptcy an option for me?

car loan and bankruptcy

If my car is worth $3,000 and I owe $5,000 on it, if I go bankrupt then I get to keep my car and wipe out the debt owing on it, right?
