If I have been out of school for seven years but still have Students Loans and I file a proposal, can I include these creditors in the proposal? Or do they survive?

Right now I think I might have to file for bankruptcy proceedings. I owe roughtly 77k. $44L os pm a line of credit, which is in default.

I have found out what happens to my RRSP`s if I file for bankruptcy, but what about my LIRA. Does it follow the same rule that RRSP`s do so that I only loose “contributions made in the 12 months prior to the date of bankruptcy.”

Can a consumer proposal also deal with tax debt?
