MY EX SPOUSE HAS FILED A CONSUMER PROPOSAL BUT HAS WITHHELD INFORMATION THAT HE JOINTLY OWNS A TIMESHARE. IS THIS LEGAL? IF IT IS NOT WHOM CAN I REPORT THE INFORMATION TO?

impact on credit of filing for bankruptcy

I hear that bankruptcy stays on your credit bureau for 7 years. Is that 7 years from the date of discharge or 7 years from the date of filing for bankruptcy?
