My husband filed for bankruptcy in 2003.
The trustee has released himself, but not my husband.
My husband has never done anything to rectify this.
Now he needs to pay to re-open and go back into banckruptcy.
How does he do this?

My husband and I have a joint bank account and I’m thinking to file bankrupcy for my student loan. My question is even though he is not declaring his income will my monthly payment arrangement be higher since the bank account has funds available.

My wife and I (both going bankruptcy) have a house worth 350000. What is the allowed deduction for calculating net proceeds for the house after selling it. Is it as some one told me a 10% deduction is normal for deduction.
