my finances are a MESS!!! I was wondering if I choose bankruptcy do I loose my car The car is financed and I can still pay for that, I need my car for work, does that change things?

posted by Questions @ I am going to have to file for bankruptcy. I have been living with my girlfriend for the last 17 months. Because we haven`t been living together for 3 years we are tecnically not considered common law, so does her salary get factored into the surplus income equation ?
