Hello, great site! Thank you for all your help and direction through this process. I have 1 last question, I have been out of bankrutpcy for about a year and am just wondering how do you get a copy of your discharge papers if you have lost the ones you were originally given?
I need a copy of my discharge papers.

As your discharge was only completed approximately a year ago your trustee will likely still have copies of all the related documents. However, these documents are likely being held in off site storage so there will probably be a fee to have them retrieved. So contact your trustee and they will be able to be of assistance.
