I have heard that CRA will opposes a discharge if there is any debt owed to them that was included in bankruptcy? Is this the case? If not, is there a threshold amount that they become concerned with?

Canada Revenue Agency does not oppose every time there is a debt owed to them, but often do oppose in situations where they are the primary creditor (i.e. represent the majority of the debt) or when there has been a significant history of failure to file the necessary tax returns etc..
