I have a creditor who recently got a judgement against me that included costs. Would this outlive a bankruptcy in Alberta?

Just because the creditor obtained a judgment this has no impact on whether or not a debt is dischargeable by bankruptcy. The list that can’t survive is fairly simple and includes things like fraud, misappropriation, court fines and penalties, theft of trust monies, awards for civil suits relating to intentional bodily harm, sexual assault or wrongful death.
