My trustee went to court in December and I have a conditional discharge as long as I make monthly payments on time. I missed Jan. already because they didn’t phone me, but sent a letter to my old address which I just received. ( yes I gave them the address change months ago). I have an upcoming registration fee for my vehicle that is way beyond my means due to fines. I need my car for work, and I am falling behind again in bills. I am supposed to submit my pay stubs for 2005-2006, but I was in school and self employed (which didn’t work out) I feel as though I am sinking again and there is no way to get a loan to help . What will happen if I can’t make the payments on time to my trustee?
Worried about it getting worse

If you only miss one or two payments you shouldn’t be in a position where things can’t be rectified, but any more than that and you would be at risk that your trustee’s office might remove themselves (i.e. apply for a trustee discharge as a result of you not complying with a court order) and then you would be left in bankruptcy but still responsible for payment of all debts in full.
At this point you are simply best to contact your trustee’s office, inform them of the situation and see if they can be at all flexible.
