One quick question regarding the time frame of a bankruptcy. I filed on March 10th 2007. I dont think many of my creditors have received documents yet and many of my creditors still continue to harass me, even though i told then when and with who i filed.
My trustee said it normally takes a while but where is the delay?

Typically the delay is a combination of Canada Post and the time it takes your creditors to process the documents. Remember, when you are dealing with large organizations like the major banks, it can be a significant task for them to inform all divisions of their organization.
