Corporate Credit Card & Bankruptcy

I have a corporate credit card. This American Express card is not in my name, is used mostly for entertainig clients and other company expenses and is paid in full every month. If I file for bankrutpcy do I loose this card or is there a way I can keep it?

When you file a bankruptcy you are required to turn in all the credit cards that are in your name. As long as the card in question is not in your name, but is held in the name of the corporation and you have the perrmission of the corporation to have this card then you don’t have to turn it in to the trustee.
