This partially depends on how long it takes you to obtain a discharge. But typically you will loose 4 GST cheques during a bankrutpcy. However, CRA is very slow at updating their records so in practice we often find that the next two cheques will be mailed to the trustee incorrectly and the trustee will then forward them directly to the bankrupt.
