I have read that the Superintendant of Bamkruptcy publishes guidelines that determines how much you must pay for a bankruptcy.
What I need to know is how much does this guideline allow for a single person with no children.
Thanks

Based on the Superintendent Guideline for Surplus Income a single person is allowed to make up to $1,797.00 each month. If you make more than that each month 50% of the difference between your income and this allowable amount will become your monthly payment.
