		<description>Once you filed it is not that simple to just cancel a bankruptcy.  So you can contact your trustee to explore this in more detail but it is only in very rare circumstances this is even possible (and from what you have said it doesn&#039;t sound like it will be possible for you).

The one thing you could consider is the filing fo a proposal, this will serve to annul the bankruptcy automatically but you will still have to work your way through the proposal.</description>
