I have a friend who claimed bankruptcy about 10 years ago and they still haven`t been discharged because his previous lawyer keeps refusing to allow a discharge.

Where can my firend go now? He has talked to a number of lawyers and they all say the same thing.

Can you direct me to someone that can help?

The best thing to do is to contact his original trustee and ask the trustee what options exist. Unfortunately as I am not aware of all the specifics relating to the opposition in question I am not in a position where I can say anything else. Have your friend contact their original trustee, sit down with the trustee and see if they can provide any more detail as to what their options are.
