A few questions.
1. Should I declare bankruptcy if I have 25K credit line debt and about 5K in credit card debt .
2. If I declare bankruptcy now, can I still move. If I can is this just in Canada or can I move to the US?

Firstly, without sitting down and looking very specifically at who you owe, what you owe and what a typical month of income and expenses look like, it is very difficult to give you any clear indication whether a bankruptcy would be beneficial or not. So I recommend you give me a call to review these types of details in a little more depth and then I will be able provide a little clearer direction.
As for mobility, ther is nothing preventing you from moving within Canada or elsewhere while your in bankruptcy as long as you can make the necessary arragements for attendance at the necessary meetings, making of necessary payments, and filing of the necessary statements.
