I have a sole proprietorship. It is in trouble. Can I put my proprietorship into bankruptcy witout affecting my personal credit?

I had to file bankfuptcy about 5yrs ago and now have gotten myself into a position where i might have to again.
What happens if a second Bankruptcy occurs?
Are there stricter measures?
Will it affect my living common law, as I live with her and she has some small assets (nothing really valuable) and I Really don’t own anything.
I would be grateful for any advice/help you may have.
