In April this year I will have been out of school I’ve been out of school for 13 years and it hasn`t been until just recently that I have gotten a job in my field and begun the process of trying to repay everything.

The unfortunate thing is that as soon as my crediotrs found out I had obtained this better job therer seemse to be no end to the creditors threats.

Currently I have no property (I rent), my car is a piece of crap, and really the only asset I have is my 21 inch black and white tv.

Is it possible to declare bankruptcy and get out from under this, or even a proposal.

Yes, as long as it has been at least 10 years since you last attended school if you file a bankruptcy or a consumer proposalyour student loans will be cleared. If this is the case you are best to contact a local trustee and they will help you prepare the necessary paperwork.
