I own nothing! Just the clothes I wear. I rent a furnished appartemnt and the bus is my only mode of transporation. I owe bunches of money and am in alot of debt. Can I still file for bankruptcy and if I do will I be left enough to live on?

As long as you live in Canada, owe greater thatn $1000 dollars and are in a position where you cannot afford to make the payments on your debts, then you qualify to file bankruptcy.
When you file bankruptcy there is a cost, but it is largely tied to your level of income, hence most people are left with plenty to live on. From the sounds of it you should contact my office, we will be able to quickly review your situation and be able to give you an idea of the cost would be determined.
