Both me and my husband and are going to have to file for bankruptcy. We are going to do this at the end of the month. I understand that for a family of four your wages are allowed to be $3339. Is that amount before or after deductions?
thank you

The $3339 you quoted was the figure for a family of four from the 2007 Superintendent Guideline, the value for 2008 is 3413. In terms of before of after taxes, it is the after tax and after non-discretionary expense (i.e. child support, maintenance, court fines and penalties, child care etc.) amount that is applied in the calculation.
