Undischarged bankrupt, what can they do?

I am worried about my girlfriend and have some quesitons. She claimed bankruptcy about 10 months ago and did not pay the trustee fees. I think she still owes around $750 to the trustee. I have a few questions regarding the situation:

1. What are her options at this point?
2. Does this affect me in any way (we live common law)?
3. What would happen if she simply did not or was not able to pay the trustee fees?
4. Can I help her out by paying these fees for her?

Thank you very much for your help.

There are not a great deal of options available to yoru girlfriend, either she pays the required amount or the Trustee will be discharged, she will be left in bankruptcy, but the creditors collection rights will be re-instated. This is not a fun position to be in and while it is a position that can be dealt with, it is more costly and more stressful to do things this way.

In terms of you being able to help out with the trustee’s fees, you definately can.
