I just found out that my husband has enormous debt and claimed bankruptcy without telling me. What is going to happen to the loans that are in both our names? How is his bankruptcy going to impact me?

If you have any loans that are in joint names and one of the parties files bankruptcy, the party who did not file for bankruptcy will still be responsible for the full balance of the loans. So you are going to have to make arrangements to continue to pay any debts that you have signed on.
As for the impact of your husbands bankruptcy on you, it will really be marginal, but you are best to discuss this directly with your husband and/or his trustee.
