Is there a maximum I can make while in bankruptcy? If I make enough to pay $200-300 monthly during bankruptcy is it likely that I will be kept in bankruptcy an additional year.

There is no maximum amount one is allowed to make during a bankruptcy. However the cost of your bankruptcy is tied to the income you bring in and the number of dependents you have. So ultimately the more you make the more a bankruptcy could potentially cost. The best thing for you to do is to contact a local trustee and have them review your income and walk you through the Superintendent Surplus Income calculation so you can anticipate what a bankruptcy will cost.
