Cash store, money mart etc.

I owe money to 6 different money marts. I know it was a bad idea, but once I got one the rest just began to spiral. Now I am wondering if you can claim bankruptcy you can claim on a cash loan stores like money mart?

Any of these “cash stores” as you call it are typically just unsecured creditors and like any unsecured creditor can be cleared by the filing of a bankruptcy or a proposal. Just based on the sheer number of these you are in the middle of I think you are best to simply contact a trustee directly so you can start to resolve these matters in as timely a fashion as possible.
