I filed for bankruptcy in 2004-2005, due to an ongoing divorce, and unseen circumstances, my bankruptcy is not finalized yet after 4 years, what options do I have.

What you need to do is to contact your original trustee. You will likely be able to make arrangements with that trustee directly to put things to finalize your bankruptcy. But be prepared that to do so is quite an involved process, there is a cost and a number of things you will be required to do and even then the trustee will only be able to make an application to court requesting your discharge, ultimately it will be up to the court whether or not they will grant you a discharge. You must be prepared that it is quite possible the court will impose some type of restriction / penalty for your failure to complete you bankruptcy on a timely basis.
