Hello,
I have a student loan question. I will officially be 10 Years out of school on August 12, 2008. I just want to make sure that if I go bankrupt the student loan will be cleared. Is this right?

As of July 7, 2008 the 10 year rule has been reduced to 7 years. Therefore if you contact a trustee and arrange to file a bankruptcy or a proposal your student loans will be cleared as long as more than 7 years has elapsed since you last attended school.
