I have heard that if you have completed your studies all you have to do is wait for 2 years and then your loans are earased?

Is that right?

I am not sure where you would have heard this, but it is not the case. The current law states very clearly that your student loans are not cleared by a bankruptcy unless you have been out of school for at least seven years prior to the filing of the bankruptcy.
