There is no maximum. Howevever, as your income increases so does the cost of your bankruptcy. So depending on the number of people your income is used to support and the amount of money you bring in each month the cost can vary substantially. As a result you are best to contact a local trustee and they will be able to ask you a few questions and then run through the calculation for you.
