School attendance and bankruptcy

Am I allowed to go to school even if I am in a bankruptcy?

Now I don`t pay for my tuition, it is paid by a family member, is this a problem?

There are no restrictions that would prevent you from being a student while you are in bankruptcy. And if a family member pays for this tuition you shouldn’t have any problems either.
