Government pension, is it exempt if I file for bankruptcy?

I work for the provincial governemnt. I have for 23 years. If I declare bankruptcy is my pension exempt? Can my creditors come after my pension?

Yes, if you declare bankruptcy your governement pension would be exempt. A bankruptcy will not impact your government pension in any way.
