Bankruptcy and debts owed to realatives

I owe money to my relatives, would this get included into the bankruptcy? The money I owe is to my mother. I have to pay that back, if I file for bankruptcy can I?

Yes, it would be included. Legally you are required to list all of your debts and are not able to pay any creditors directly while you are in bankruptcy. If you did this this would be considered preferential treatment of one creditor over another and if discovered will likely cause you substantial difficulties.
