		<description>Despite what is listed in the credit agreements in practice it is very difficult to get the banks to remove someone from an account when there is an outstanding balance on the account.  So the way it would work, if you file bankruptcy and your son is still listed on that account he will likely be held responsible for the money outstanding.  Now, you can try to contest that with the bank due to the &quot;authorized users&quot; section of the agreement, but if you filed for bankruptcy that would then be between your son and the bank as you would no longer have any connection to that debt.</description>
