I am a single mother. I have 2 children under the age of 6 and the problem is I owe way to much money on credit cards (about $19,500) and i don`t make enough (about $1,250 a month). I would like to know if a bankruptcy is best for me or would it be better to make a proposal.
bankruptcy or proposal… can`t decide

From the sounds of it a bankruptcy is likely your only option. With your level of income it simply wouldn’t not be feasible to offer a consumer proposal to your creditors as clearly you would have trouble affording the monthly cost in a bankruptcy, let alone paying more in a proposal.
