Hello, I think I am going to file a consumer proposal. If I do this will I loose my tax refund like I would if I declared bankruptcy? thanks.

No. With a consumer proposal you normally don’t loose your tax refund. The exception would be if it were written into the proposal that all tax refunds would vest in the trustee and be distributed amongst your creditors, but this would be an unusual term.
