Credit Card Debt

I have high credit card debt ($15,000) and cannot make my payments any longer. I am employed part time only and the bank has just closed my account due to NSF cheque charges. Is bankruptcy an option for me?

While bankruptcy is definitely an option, whether or not it will be the right option for you will largely be dependent on what your monthly cash flow looks like. The best thing to do would be to sit down and review things with a trustee and they will help you to determine whether or not bankruptcy is the best fit for your situation.
