Hello, I am having some problems with money and am considering a bankruptcy. My problem is I took a personal loan out to help one of my children about a two years ago. The loan is in my name, but my children are making the payments. They have made all payments on time on that loan and I really have nothing to do with that loan. Would I be required to include that because although it is in my name I do not make any payments on the loan.
Loan used for children, is this included?

If the loan is in your name, you would be required to list it if you filed a bankruptcy. Legally you have to list all debts that are in your name irrespective of who is making the payments.
