		<description>As long as the equity in your vehicle (value less amount owing on it) is less than $5,000 you can normally keep your vehicle.  The trick is that it is not up to the trustee in that kind of situation it is really up to the secured lender.  They must be willing to allow you to continue to keep the vehicle, now most of them do, but it is their decision.</description>
