is bankrutpcy the best way for me?

Hello,

I am having some money problems. I owe about $25,000 on my credit cards and I am not in a position where I can make any large payments, as I barely make enough to live.

I have no valuable assets a tv worth approx 400.00 at a garage sale and am now thinking about filing for bankruptcy. Right now I pay about $150 on my credit cards when i can, but it is not often. Do you think that a bankruptcy is the best solution for me? I have tried to consolidate, but he bank said no, I already have a second job, and that is not enought, I just don`t know what to do?

It is difficult to determine if the filing of a bankruptcy is the best solution, but it is definitely one of the ways can use to deal with unmanageable debt. However, you may find that something like a consumer proposal may also work well.

The best thing to do is to contact a local trustee to discuss the specifics of your situation and then we will have sufficient details to help you determine which of the alternatives will fit your situation best.
