Is it possible for me to file for bankruptcy without affecting my husbands credit?
My other question is about the loans I have that really don`t cause me any problems. Can I file bankruptcy only on my loans that are not in good standing?

As long as your husband has not signed on any of your debts then if you file for a bankruptcy there should be no impact on your spouse.
In terms of your second question. When a bankruptcy it is an all or none proposition, meaning you cannot pick and choose among your debts, you have to list all of them.
