secured credit card and consumer proposal

I have a home trust secured credit card. Can I keep this if I file a consumer proposal? I know I can`t with a bankruptcy, but is it different with the proposal?

The rule is the same in consumer proposals as it is with the filing of a bankruptcy.

So you are only entitled to keep a credit card, regardless of being secured or unsecured, if you have written permission from the lending institution.
