filing bankruptcy in Canada with trustee vs. lawyer?

When filing for personal bankruptcy why do some people use a lawyer and other use a trustee? What is the difference?

In Canada you must be a licensed trustee to administer a bankruptcy or a consumer proposal, a lawyer is not qualified to do so.
