When I told her I need child support reciets for my bankruptcy all of a sudden she is worried you will submit them to revenue canada for tax purposes is this true,

Firstly, in most instances Child Support is no longer taxable, so I am not sure why she would be to concenred, but even then the receipts provided shoudn’t have anything to do with the tax department. However, if she is not willing to provide them, pay by cheque and then give your trustee a copy of the canceled cheque.
