joint line of credit

Hello, I have a student line of credit. I got this about 7 years ago when I was in school and there is about $15,000 outstanding on it. My aunt is the co-signer. If I declare bankruptcy, will she be responsible for the debt?

Yes, anytime you file for a bankruptcy and there is a co-signer what happens is you are legally absolved from this debt but the co-signer is still responsible that it be paid in full.
