In terms of your creditors not accepting the bankruptcy, they really don’t get a choice. Once you file your creditors are bound by the filing unless they fall into the category of debts that are not released by bankruptcy. For all other creditors the only thing they can do to try and change the process is make an application to court presenting reasons why they should not be involved. This is much easier said then done, as long as you have done what you are supposed to do, have not been involved in any illegal or questionable practice there really isn’t much a creditor can do or say.
