Undischarged bankrupt, what can they do?

I am worried about my girlfriend and have some quesitons. She claimed bankruptcy about 10 months ago and did not pay the trustee fees. I think she still owes around $750 to the trustee. I have a few questions regarding the situation:

1. What are her options at this point?
2. Does this affect me in any way (we live common law)?
3. What would happen if she simply did not or was not able to pay the trustee fees?
4. Can I help her out by paying these fees for her?

Can i relocate after I file a bankruptcy?

I have to file for bankruptcy, and within a few months, I`m moving to a different province? (For work and to be closer to family for support) How will this affect me? Can I still move? I also have a 07` vechile, will I be able to keep it? I will be using it for work when I get there, and I have a son that I am parenting alone, I need this vechile, what are my chances of keeping it??? Please post a response….

Hello, great site! Thank you for all your help and direction through this process. I have 1 last question, I have been out of bankrutpcy for about a year and am just wondering how do you get a copy of your discharge papers if you have lost the ones you were originally given?

How do I re-establish a Credit Rating after bankruptcy?

I recently filed a bankruptcy and more recently was discharged. Can you tell me what the best way is to begin to rebuild my credit? I really want to start a new life with credit and I want to make sure I do things right. Thank you.
