My job is seasonal. I work hard for the 4 months in the summer and my income is much higher, then the rest of the year it is slow. I know in a bankruptcy my payments are tied to my income, so if my income is high for those 4 moths am I autlmatically in bankruptcy for 21 months? Or will you look at my income over the year to make this decision?

We don`t want to file bankruptcy, but can`t handle the constant phone calls. No matter how many times we explain our situation the creditors don`t stop. Is there some other program for pensioners that will allow us to put an end to these calls?
